This is a very pretty vintage dish/plate with handles. It is porcelain with black and a beautiful multi-color rose design. It is embellished with gold trim. As you can see from the pictures, some of this has worn off. The bottom has crossed arrows with the number 7881. It measures 8 " in diameter and 8 1/2" with handles. I believe it is made by Arnart Imports from Japan in the early 50's. No chips or cracks. We have great home accents, mailboxes, gifts, close outs, flea market deals, vintage items and antiques.
