This is a beautiful pair of heavy solid brass Virginia Metalcrafters candlesticks. They are 6 3/4" tall with a 5" square base with four claw feet. This style CW16-5 is very hard to find and a true collectors find. They were made in the 60's under license for the Williamsburg Foundation as a reproduction of an eighteenth century Colonial times candlestick. They have four markings on the bottom of each. #1-CW16-5, #2-VM symbol, #3-Oval stamping with Williamsburg Foundation,#4-VM with an anchor symbol in the center.
